At EWC, there is an absolute work life balance that leadership is behind 100%. The culture is amazing, it's a fun place to work, half day Fridays year round are an awesome perk, great benefits,... professional growth opportunities.

"Great team and location!"

Pros

I love working at the Erie Marketplace location! My team and I have built an environment and work culture I take pride in. As a hairdresser I’m excited to come into work knowing I can create all day.... My income is stable and there’s many more opportunities I can make extra $$ an hour. I recommend this company but especially my location!

Cons

Posting biweekly scheduling would help. However my manager does the best they can by making schedules for our location months in advance.
