To be fair, I should list some cons but I really can't think of any!

Pros

The owners of this franchise go to great lengths to create a supportive and caring team. I worked for this company for several years as a single mother and found that my coworkers became like a... family over time. We had company outings like beach trips and a visit to Carowinds for team building and an annual Christmas party and summer picnic. The managers have changed over the years but my experience was that each manager that I worked with tried to accommodate my scheduling needs as a single parent and they were all respectful of individuality. This location offers health insurance. Rate of pay is based on experience and different modalities. They are always bringing in new types of enhancements to keep the massage experience on point with current trends in the field and therapists have the opportunity to be trained in these new modalities at the company's expense which means free CEUs can be acquired for the training and there is a small bonus each time you use the upgrade with a client. Although I have moved on to a different career, I miss this job and the group of people that I worked with. Being a massage therapist at the Pelham Hills location was an overall great experience.

Cons

There was some pressure to encourage clients to use the enhancements, but each client can benefit from different things so meeting the quota wasn't difficult if you just try to think about what... enhancement would be appropriate for each client to help them feel their best. Also, when I left the company in 2020, there was no 401K offered so you needed to have your own retirement plan in place, and there was no PTO so you need to plan accordingly. Once you have reached the top of the pay scale there isn't much room to advance beyond that point.
