Former Employee - Customer Service Representative

I worked at Eventbrite full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good culture and employee benefits!

Cons

The company grew and did not have the space to accommodate the employees at the time, they made some changes, but they will most likely need a new office.

Current Employee - Customer Success

I have been working at Udemy full-time

Pros

culture of learning -- they live and breath this culture! people-first culture strong, compassionate leadership. especially our functional leadership. I always knew this place was a dream... come true, but was reminded of this during COVID. They have taken care of our "whole" self, which has helped us quickly transition into a new way of working and to face these new, hard realities with resilience and determination (and being a learning company, helping us to see it as an opportunity for us to grow). They've taken good care of us during this time!

Cons

the company has grown quickly and is still in the process of catching its infrastructure and systems up with its incredible growth.

Advice to Management

keep doing what you're doing. keep taking care of uss, and we'll keep taking care of each other, our customers, and the product.
