"This place is getting better and better"

Pros

Finally, there is a strong leadership team that is focused on our students. For the past ten years, we have had a lot of turnover in leaders and it seems now like there is a good plan in place for us... to try new things that benefit our students.. Also, it is good to see some energy around building new things to bring in and keep more students.

Cons

Some people have been here longer than I have and they do not like change. Technology seems to hold up some of my projects. And a lot of stuff is manual. They do not let a lot of us work from home,... even though that worked well during the pandemic.
