Featured Review

Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Expeditors full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great benefits, strong reputation in the industry, very good at what they do, high level of integrity and respect, managers work to develop and invest in their people. Overall a really great work... environment with lots of opportunity.

Cons

With it being a large company, changes can take a long time to happen. Technology is behind the times. Sometimes they hire people too quickly just to fill the spot instead of waiting for the right... person.

Advice to Management

Invest in better technology and be more intentional in hiring.
