I worked at Express Scripts full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits. Union job. Bonuses based on quality of calls (ie not making mistakes). Work from home

Cons

Periodicals can be overwhelming. Supervisor will "talk" to you if your calls are too long, but again, it's hard to be sure all protocols are followed

Advice to Management

Don't nag employees to make short calls the quality is more important than the quantity
