Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Express Scripts full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great working environment depending on the department, bonus, wfh, good vacation, relaxed dress code unless in front of clients expected, and newer gym on site. Tim has done a great job transforming... the culture of the company and bringing the company into the newer age with technology advancements and culture

Cons

Work you a lot, fast paced, lower pay but offset by bonus.

Advice to Management

More support and leadership, better or more frequent recognition.

Pros

Cons
