Former Employee - Patient Service Coordinator

I worked at Express Scripts full-time for less than a year

Pros

I worked in the Call Center and loved every moment of it. Great Working Environment. Good Communication between co workers, and management. Great benefits.

Cons

There really are't any cons i can think of.

Current Employee - Receptionist/Scheduler

I have been working at Exodus Healthcare Network full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I work on a great team. The phrase "work family" sounds corny, but that is how I see my colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about each member of the group, and we find productive/encouraging ways... to work through differences. We have also been given the freedom to build one another up professionally and be the best version of ourselves. It feels good to help one another succeed instead of competing. Genuinely liking your coworkers also makes it easier to do the job well. This puts me in a position where I do more than what I'm required to because I want to help our patients; not just because I'm getting a paycheck out of it.

Cons

I don't really feel like this is a true "con", just something to keep in mind if you apply for a job at Exodus: I feel like we work harder and perform a lot more tasks than comparable... reception/scheduling teams for other medical organizations. With that said, I would rather perform extra challenging tasks alongside some great people who have an excellent work ethic than have an easy job but be around people I don't care for.

Advice to Management

Ease up on the overtime worries. The company needs to stick to a budget, but the occasional 30 minutes of overtime pay can make the difference between great patient care and someone never wanting to... come to our clinics again.
