Featured Review
"Great company"Sep 19, 2021

Current Employee - IT Specialist

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Paid well Competitive environment New opportunities (job rotation every 2-3 years) Values training and providing resources for personal/job growth

Cons

Due to market, reduced project opportunities and "Do more with less" Top down military style management at the higher levels. Lower has decision spaces and empowerment but that is not consistent at... the higher management tiers. Pay may drop down to average if raises stop

Advice to Management

Broaden decision space Continue hiring experienced workers to help shift the culture

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at PBF Energy full-time for more than a year

Pros

-Great Co-Workers -Great pay -As long as you do your job as you are supposed to, you are pretty secure and valued

Cons

-Some departments are under-staffed and very busy, while others are over-staffed and very slow
