I worked at ExxonMobil full-time for more than a year

Pros

Incredible people, lots of opportunity to grow and learn, great salary, global opportunities. The work I did was fulfilling and had a real impact. Tons of leadership and stretch opportunities.

Cons

Work-life balance has gotten much better here, but there is still a lot of work that follows you home. It's more or less just the way things work here, in my experience. Vacation for young... professionals is lackluster as well.
