Pros
I started with TQL 5 years ago right out of college. The biggest reasons I joined the company was I saw how transparent/forthright they were with their employees, and the access you have to interact... with executive leadership. We may be a 4 billion dollar company, but we still function like a small start up. It was a great place to not only build my career and professionalism, but also create a friend group. I've had the ability to work my way up into leadership by putting in the time and hard work. If you're willing to do that, you'll be successful at TQL.
Cons
You have to put in your time - it takes a solid year to feel comfortable and knowledgeable in your role.
