I have been working at F5 Networks full-time for more than a year

Pros

1. Generally decent company communication (regular company meetings, video updates from leaders, email announcements), 2. Good comp 3. Great benefits 4. great company culture. 5. company is working... hard to stay relevant, increase innovation, and is focusing on making changes for the better Granted, I haven't been here longer than 3 years like some other reviewers and I'm sure there are pockets of areas in the company that have management and gender equality issues. But, I completely disagree with reviewers giving 1 and 2 stars. F5 is a special place- there's such a great work and life balance compared to Amazon, MS, FB, Google, etc. F5 listens, and is actively working on bettering middle-management and gender equality issues.

Cons

Difficult to think of anything. Finance systems/processes seem behind the times.

Advice to Management

Stay the course. And do NOT decrease company cultural spend (team lunches, EIG's, donation match program, F5 Day, etc). Public companies are notorious for cost cutting and claiming the need to... deliver for shareholders. I say BS. Please please maintain cultural programs!
