Pros

- Very supportive HR department during hiring process while dealing with the foreign office to provide necessary work visa paperwork. - Great communication within development team on workload.... Brief daily standup so everyone knows the day's priorities. Bi-weekly planning for new tasks and review of previous ones. Monthly meeting with CTO on personal progress. - CTO / HR team always working to improve working experience for employees. - Great office and location with many places to eat. - Kitchen with coffee/tea/fruit.

Cons

Positive experience during my 9 months of employment. No issues in that time. I would go to HR for a resolution if any came up.
