I have been working at FIS full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

FIS employs more than 55,000 people across 50+ countries, dedicated to helping our clients be ahead of what’s next. FIS offers more than 450 solutions and processes over $75b of transactions around... the planet. FIS is a Fortune 500® company and is a member of Standard & Poor’s 500® Index.

Cons

From my perspective, there are no cons as FIS has a relentless focus on our clients and their needs.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Platform.sh full-time for more than a year

Pros

Platform.sh is almost entirely a distributed company, aside from a handful of employees, everyone in the company works remotely. Employees have considerable flexibility in their hours and location,... considering the only thing required is reliable internet access. With employees in 28 countries, it is a very diverse culture. We look out for one another as individuals, we encourage failure so long as that failure leads to personal and professional growth, and the managers here are supportive without being overbearing or micromanaging.

Cons

Communication between teams is still the weakest link here, despite efforts to improve in that regard.
