Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at FMC Technologies full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great manager and a great work/life balance

Cons

Not as competitive pay as other companies

Current Employee - Prefer Not to Share

I have been working at Toyota Material Handling Northern California full-time for more than a year

Pros

I appreciate that this company actually lives their mission and values as compared to others who just post them on a wall. It is a family owned company that values their employees like they are part... of the family. I love that.

Cons

Some people get away with inconsistency in living the values, and it sometimes appears they aren't being coached or guided or held accountable for getting better. Maybe they are and I just don't know.

Advice to Management

Continue to treat people as your first priority.
