Current Employee - Product Design Manager

I have been working at Facebook full-time for more than a year

Pros

I have worked at lots of other companies and the range of talent, skill, and professionalism usually varied widely. So far my experience at Facebook has been working with amazingly smart, talented,... and just super kind, fun people. Forget all the other many perks. This is the best part for me.

Cons

Sometimes there are just too many things going on. It’s challenging to put things in perspective and make sure you live a balanced life. It I think you could say this at any job that you truly enjoy.

Advice to Management

Try and keep things that are working and modify things that need to be fixed as we scale.

Former Employee - Technical Advisor

I worked at Eishtec full-time for less than a year

Pros

- management and team leaders are very friendly and approachable - Fun atmosphere around the place - People you work beside are generally nice and good fun - Training is handy and you get to... know people

Cons

- Work is very repetitive and boring - Not much chance getting off the phones within the first 2 years - Pay is not worth it for the work done - Very little flexibility in terms of breaks - 10... mins personal, 2x 15 minute breaks and 1 30 min break which you aren't paid for

Advice to Management

Try and mix things up a bit more if possible. Taking 30-40 of the same every day for months on end becomes tedious.
