Featured Review

Current Employee - Property Field Adjuster

I have been working at Farmers Insurance Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Flexible work like balance, however some weeks you will be working 20+ claims and there will be no cat time pay and overtime will be frowned upon. Benefits are industry standard. Company culture is... great, leadership is very understanding.

Cons

I physically inspected 20 hail claims in one day, no cat pay no OT. Had to flex the rest of my week, which is a companies way to cut expenses but not the right way. This will cause you to burnout... quickly.

Advice to Management

Trim the fat, stop using vendors and explain to HR this jobs should start off at 65k minimum.
