Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Fayetteville State University full-time for more than a year

Pros

This was a great place.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Former Employee - Multimedia Specialist

I worked at Saint Leo University full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great benefits, beautiful campus, generally pretty relaxed place

Cons

Low pay, depending on department some management is incompetent at best and overtly hostile at worst.

Advice to Management

Promoting from within is great, just make sure they're actually capable and not just sucking up to the right person.
