Current Employee - Part Time Package Handler

I have been working at FedEx part-time for more than a year

Pros

Management that cares and works together all on the same page.

Cons

Getting around people who just want a paycheck for showing up to say they work.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, The bottom floors and its people hold up the top floor and its people when people forget or jump in at the top you only fall down.

Current Employee - Administrator

I have been working at Spartan School of Aeronautics full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Spartan provides a collaborative environment where leaders value input and work together with employees and students to foster a positive experience. There is always something to do to help support... the company, its students, and its employees; it's a doers dream Like with any job or place of employment, you get out what you put in. Whether someone is an entry-level employee, a leader, or a student, it's up to the individual to make Spartan the school and employer of choice. It's easy to sit back and let others prompt changes or accomplish tasks, but I'm proud to work for a place that encourages feedback, change, and new ideas. Those who want to make a difference in the lives of others (employees and students) can easily do so at Spartan.

Cons

Not being a lottery winner traveling the world.
