Pros

New management determined and pushes you hard, those that want to work hard and have good ideas succeed! Surprisingly level of empathy for new moms.

Cons

Retail management team, too many complaints and not enough action taken.

Pros

Decent hourly, great exposure to luxury products, higher end sales training, and resume bonus

Cons

Virtually non-existent or unattainable commission. Must negotiate hourly pay upfront and not assume a wage increase or promoting will come easily.

Advice to Management

Same people you see on your way up are the same you see on your way down.
