I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for less than a year
Pros
Lots of smart people Excellent Benefits and compensation Very good work life balance
Cons
It's a very big organization and it can be complicated to maneuver around within different business lines
Advice to Management
Keep doing the excellent work. Please promote empowerment so people are not afraid to talk to their Senior management.
"Extremely nice place to work"Feb 15, 2015
I worked at Heritage Education Funds
Pros
Heritage Education Funds have a fostering environment filled with people who value growth of the company as much as the growth of each individual contributing.
Cons
Can be a bit too relaxing sometimes, may not be for people who need constant challenges in their lives.
