It's a very big organization and it can be complicated to maneuver around within different business lines

Pros

Spade is an excellent place to work. Upper management is very transparent with employees about upcoming projects, changes, goals, and progress. The culture is very team oriented, and everyone is... very friendly. Overall it is a great group of people to work with each day, and Spade is an employer that I do recommend to others regularly.

Cons

Parking stickers are required for all cars. Since the office is located across from the Xfinity Center, building management wants all cars to have a parking sticker to ensure parking isn't used by... concert attendees. These stickers are provided by the company at no cost to the employee.
