Fidelity truly cares about its associates. The company takes its commitment to diversity and inclusion very seriously, creating a culture that is welcoming and open. The benefits are first rate.... Employees LOVE to work here -- there is an enthusiasm and appreciation that I haven't seen in any other business environment.

Cons

It can be challenging to advance because positions don't open up very often. When they do, the application process is highly competitive.
