Featured Review

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Fingerpaint Group

Pros

Great benefits and learning opportunities at work.

Cons

Can not think of any at this moment

Former Employee - Senior Software Developer

I worked at Internet Marketing Ninjas full-time for less than a year

Pros

Developed SEO tools to track social metrics/signals for clients. Developing tools in PHP based MVC framework that uses twitter, Facebook, Google+, and Instagram REST API’s.

Cons

Project tasks requirements would change frequently and sometimes the entire project would get scrapped. There is a lot of feature creeping as the projects would progress.

Advice to Management

Release the products first then add the new feature once the customers have had a chance to try it out. That way you can fix newly discovered bugs as well as enhance the applications.
