Current Employee - Human Resources Manager

I have been working at First Cash full-time

Pros

A new experience every day and I work with great people.

Cons

2021 has been very challenging

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Prospect Capital full-time for more than a year

Pros

Prospect is a dynamic and ever-changing environment. There is a high level of visibility in all roles and levels to senior management which creates a meritocracy where you have ample opportunity to... grow and succeed in your position. Colleagues are some of the best in the field, but also friendly and welcoming. There is a lot of work and it can be intense, but your coworkers and the opportunity to succeed makes it worth it.

Cons

This is not a company for everyone. Highly detail oriented, proactive, and fast-paced. You come to Prospect to work hard!

Advice to Management
