Current Employee - Business Development

I have been working at First National of Nebraska full-time for more than a year

Pros

I jumped on board here because I knew some of the people that worked here. FNTS is a destination spot. Benefits, Environment, Work/Life Balance, Ethics. I believe in the way that they do business... and from day one that has proven accurate. I hope to work here for the next 20 yrs unless I retire first. - FNTS has good product, good people and good intentions run by a Midwestern people with a strong Midwestern work ethic.

Cons

The only con is that some people have a bad attitude because they haven't seen what else is out there and don't know what they have here.

Advice to Management

Bring back the annual golf outing.
