Cons

Growing from a small business to has been challenging. Many people within don't enjoy the changes, but we've been able to grow through those changes. It is a multitasking environment and can we... challenging to juggle everything all at once. I enjoy the challenges of the job and helping people/pets, but we aren't perfect by any means. We've made plenty of mistakes, but genuinely want the best for all our employees.
