*They are big on diversity *Excellent space to grow

Cons

*Received a new manager in my department each year I was there (5 years). It was hard to request a promotion with a new manager each year learning about who you are. This was before the merge.

Pros

Specifically to this team, the team is solid, all members come together as family. You won't feel like a new member from your first day. You can learn so many things since sales management team... handle all related things matter to commercial team.

Cons

Even though you can learn so many things because your job is a form of collaboration to other team at Fazz, you need to set a boundaries regarding the job clarity and it's timeline also the guidance,... the change is really fast and you will get sick of it if you don't communicate and set the boundaries with your manager.
