Current Employee - Client Services

I have been working at Fiserv full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The learning never stops nor do the challenges. Never bored and no two days are the same. You definitely use your brain to work on issues and there is nothing robotic or cookie cutter about job.

Cons

Commute to Alpharetta campus in Atlanta traffic.

Advice to Management

Merger with First Data was an awesome step for our company!

Pros

Upper management is excellent, doctors are wonderful to interact with. Get to work with a variety of staff from other locations. Excellent values, culture and training opportunities.

Cons

Variable schedule with fluctuating hours. Can be difficult for finding work/life balance.

Advice to Management

Better management over the employees schedule could help with retention.
