Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Flint Hills Resources full-time for more than a year

Pros

Strong safety, environmental, and development culture. Good people and quality process drive the refinery.

Cons

Bonus structure meant you rarely had any control on the outcome as the whole plant was grouped as one.

Former Employee - Human Resources Generalist

I worked at Linn Energy full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Best place to work ...was enabled with tools and management support to accomplish initiatives.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.
