Current Employee - Senior User Experience Designer

I have been working at Fluid full-time

Pros

The people at Fluid are so much fun to be around and there's a great company culture here. There is a relaxed and family like vibe in the office, which makes coming into work each day so... enjoyable. The UX and visual design teams are very knowledgeable and you learn so much working with them each day. The creative teams offer a lot of support when working on projects while also welcoming your ideas and input. You get to work with a wide variety of leading companies and brands and have the opportunity to innovate e-commerce technologies and make a big impact. There's great benefits for employees and a lovely office space to work in.

Cons

As with agencies in general, work intensity can ebb and flow. Sometimes working on tight project deadlines can be stressful but it's never been too bad for me.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!
