Current Employee - Ford College Graduate - Safety

I have been working at Ford Motor Company full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The Ford College Graduate Program fosters engineering expertise for new engineers and allows for a look into the various engineering disciplines within an organization.

Cons

Due to the nature of the program you get an experience for a variety of management and some are better than others.

I have been working at CO-OP Financial Services

Pros

CO-OP is a wonderful organization that values it's people and promotes internal movement and growth opportunities for employees. Great benefits as well!

Cons

This is a growing company which means there is a lot of change. If you don't like changes then this might be a con. I view change as a good thing that allows for professional growth!
