Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Ford Motor Company full-time

Pros

Great company! I have been there two years now. Always feel challenged creativity (which is a good thing). Love my co-workers and my ll6. Great people with great work ethic.

Cons

None at the moment. I've been with quite a few companies over the years and I think I've finally found my home for the Long haul.

Current Employee - Service Coordinator

I have been working at Johnson Controls full-time for more than a year

Pros

I've rarely been praised for my hard work in my past roles, but here I am always being complimented and thanked where it's due. It's great to know you are valued and to work alongside genuinely... supportive managers who want you to succeed and grow.

Cons

Communication can definitely be improved, both within and between departments.

Advice to Management

Keep aligning yourself with the values of the company and striving for the best customer service on every front.
