Former Employee - Summer Intern

I worked at Ford Motor Company full-time for less than a year

Pros

-Good life work balance. - High salary. - Nice colleague.

Cons

- Dearborn is a little cold in Winter

Current Employee - Finance Manager

I have been working at Toyota North America full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great culture with continued improvement (kaizen) and respect for people at the core. Great salary, benefits, and overall compensation package. Depending on business needs, great work/life balance... and a family friendly environment.

Cons

Opportunities for promotion challenging, but need to be open to different work experiences to move around. Many team members stay with the company for many years, so that can limit movement.

Advice to Management

Keep making team members its first priority.
