Pros
Worked with a great group of people and work environment was very lenient. Basically got paid to hang with my friends, management was basically non existent.
Cons
Management was very unorganized, no clue what’s really in their inventory, minimum communication with staff.
Pros
Associates are always the priority when making decisions at all levels. Everything from schedules, training support, process improvements, etc. How the associate is impacted is always a factor in... decision making.
Cons
If you don't like to be busy, and consistently on task, then this may not be the company for you. If you are looking for work and a daily sense of accomplishment, then you found the right place.
