Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Foster Farms full-time for more than a year

Pros

Less red tape/process vs. most companies on running your business

Cons

Some systems/policies are a little older

Advice to Management

Continue to value employees, invest in systems/people that will allow the company stay competitive. Remove some of the micro management of expenditures that end up costing the company more in time... vs. potential dollars saved

Current Employee - Engineer

I have been working at Marley Engineered Products full-time for more than a year

Pros

Company is turning a new page and restructuring its planning / management and they ate investing in new CNC equipment

Cons

The 5:00am start is not needed , and alot of the older employees are stuct in their ways without pursuing or trying different avenues

Advice to Management

Get rid of one track mind employees whos reply to any form of change is " we have been doing it like this for 20 years why change now "
