Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

Pros

At Four Seasons Hotels, you learn the best practices from service recovery all the way to staff retention. The travel benefits are outstanding. The health benefits are amazing as health insurance is... covered for us. I am beyond lucky to work for Four Seasons Austin as the management team here is so amazing. There's so much opportunity for growth and don't worry if you make a minor mistake, as long as you don't repeat the mistake, they only think of it as a learning opportunity. Employee food is great overall (especially on overnight). Overall, you simply feel the support. As a manager, they really don't overwork you hours wise, but if they have to, they show appreciation for it and don't expect it. Really, FS Austin treats their employees and managers really well!

Cons

Schedules can be a bit wild as anything in hotel industry. However, management does best to make it consistent. Even though it's hard to hire full staff, I'm a peace knowing we are doing what we can... to make it happen.
