I have been working at Freedom Mortgage full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great people and co workers, a focus on community, customers and service. Leadership is committed to the growth and development of employees providing opportunities to work in various roles in the... loan origination and servicing process.

Cons

As a privately held company, some aspects of performance are not transparent, though this is a competitive strength in the marketplace.

Advice to Management

Keep supporting our employees with great recognition initiatives. Leadership conference, internal recognition programs, and building for the long term.

I have been working at CrossCountry Mortgage full-time for less than a year

Pros

I have been here for less than a year but so far my experience has been great! I am so thankful to have a job that I actually l enjoy going to. The people and culture make the job enjoyable, I... genuinely enjoy coming to work because of the people. There are endless growth opportunities for personal or professional advancement within the company as it is expanding tremendously right now. It is a causal environment very laid back and no micromanagement. It is truly a family oriented environment and they promote work/like balance. This is based off of my personal experience as I know everyone's is different but I wanted to provide a honest review on my experience with CCM.

Cons

The lack of space and parking at the corporate office.

Advice to Management

Investing in a new building/space would be great
