Former Employee - Director

I worked at French West Vaughan full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

While several agencies in the Raleigh area have had to downsize due to challenging environments, FWV has remained stable and has grown for 20 years. This agency serves national accounts and the... people produce incredible work, which is nationally recognized. FWV provides career growth opportunities for employees and encourages work-life-balance. The HQ is in a 100-year-old building, with a lot of character and in a great location in downtown Raleigh.

Cons

This is an industry that comes with a fast paced environment that can be demanding and isn't for everyone. But that goes for any successful agency. Parking options for working in downtown Raleigh... are becoming tougher, but people figure it out.

Current Intern - Anonymous Intern

I have been working at G&S Business Communications for less than a year

Pros

You get plenty of responsibility right from the start. Interns are treated with lots of respect.

Cons

Growing pains of a recently acquired company.
