Current Employee - Treasury

I have been working at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. full-time for less than a year

Pros

The interview process at Fruit of the Loom is one of the best I've experienced so far. Each person I dealt with was friendly and informative. I was impressed with how open and honest they were... throughout the entire process, from phone interview to offer. There were minimum "cookie cutter" questions during both the phone and in person interview. I felt that the interview was truly directed toward the position and how I would fit in it. The atmosphere at Fruit of the Loom is great. I felt the on-boarding process was quick and easy compared to other companies I've been with. Every team seems like their own family and the company truly strives to create a fun, positive and productive workplace. I absolutely love the "Dress For Your Day" policy. It allows everyone to dress to a comfort level that allows you to focus more on work. It seems that every week there is something fun going on, whether it be a food truck on campus, raffles, bracket tournaments, free apparel, etc. I look forward to spending many years with Fruit of the Loom!

Cons

No free underwear or sweatshirts for employees! :)

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Continue the progress of policies and benefits geared toward employees. Continue showing value and appreciation for your employees, because that is a rare find in the... job market now. Fruit of the Loom is a great place to work!
