Some Senior people have to learn how to treat employee fairly.

"Terrible Company"Aug 21, 2017

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Nitor Infotech full-time

Pros

You can get a good initial joining salary

Cons

- Lots of office politics - Top management treating company as their personal property. Favoritism is rampant - No growth prospects

Advice to Management

Get rid of the top management. They are sucking the company dry
