What Employees Say
I have been working at Full Circle Recruitment full-time for less than a year
We have an excellent company culture. It is a fun, relaxed work environment. We have fun challenges and incentives to motivate us. We have direct input from senior and experienced people in the... company who help us to grow and learn continuously. We operate full 360 degree recruitment - which means being involved with generating new clients- client management - candidate generation -candidate management and placements.
Commission structure is profit based. Before you are paid any commission, your cumulative costs (to date - including salary and desk cost) are deducted from your billing.
Advice to Management
Hire more (money hungry people) and people who are ambitious and want to be the best.
I have been working at JDX Consulting full-time for more than 3 years
Given a lot of responsibility from day one which I definitely wouldn’t have got in most other companies The training and development provided to all staff - new Academy was launched a few months... ago and it now covers way more training than it used to (really good courses too) and the e-learning platform is also pretty good The opportunity to work with senior people from across the business (and senior clients) - the senior team are all really accessible and welcome input from all levels - I feel I can approach anyone including the CEO and Founder The people - JDX recruit good people and have lots of social events to bring everyone together The ability to progress really quickly - not sure many other companies offer such fast progression Definitely a company willing to evolve and grow as needed - recent introduction of new policies show that
Not all projects are as interesting/challenging as each other Starting salary is pretty low (but this does increase quickly) Holiday allowance could be better
Advice to Management
Keep the training and development coming, keep communicating with staff as the business grows, don’t make the senior team inaccessible like in many other companies
