Pros
Fast-paced, never a dull moment, constantly expanding & growing, family oriented, highly devoted management, and the list goes on. For me, leaving my previous job was terrifying, but FQ has... proven that the grass IS greener on the other side. Great place to work if you want to grow with a company that is also growing. They are highly supportive of promotions with in, and push each employee to be the best and do the best they can. Upper management's "door is always open", and that's the truth. Great place to work!
Cons
A "positive" con is that the company is growing so much there is a lot of work to get done, but it is a good problem.
