I have been working at Companies House full-time for more than a year

Pros

Supportive, dynamic environment that breaks the stereotype of the Civil Service being stuffy and boring. Great people to work with and you feel valued from day one. Benefits package is fantastic -... flexible working hours, 30 days annual leave, great pension.

Cons

Civil Service pay scales aren't great but the benefits more than make up for this. No major cons that I can think of.

Advice to Management

Keep investing in your people and empowering them to help shape the future of the organisation.
