Pros
Great company with a rewarding mission. The people are smart and all willing to get things done.
Cons
Some people are overworked without any sight of help. If these people leave, I have no idea who can take over their roles due to extreme customization of certain processes and roles so only these few... key members are able to perform the job.
Advice to Management
Bring in help. We're drowning.
