As a new salaried employee, instant benefits are a huge plus. The environment is extremely diverse, different cultures are embraced. They have regular employee appreciation days of lunches and... company gifts. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I feel very much part of a team.

Cons

No current cons as a Materials Specialist. I have only been in this position for a week and still doing company training. The only cons I can mention were as a contract employee. I worked in the... warehouse for 6 months before getting hired into current position. In the warehouse there was a high turn over. There was a lot of mandatory overtime. After a few months everyone starts looking for new jobs, because there is little hope for getting hired in. The help is needed, but positions are not offered. As a contract employee you are not paid for any time off or holidays.
