Current Employee - Program Manager

I have been working at GE full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Best employer in providing opportunity

Cons

Nothing such, good work life balance

Advice to Management

Overall good company, with best culture to work

Former Freelancer - Corporate Trainer

I worked at Schlumberger for less than a year

Pros

Professional hosting for training - everything was taken care of without hassle. Students were highly engaged.

Cons

Class times were fixed, which impacted possible after-hours group sessions. A lot of learning can occur in less structured but still supported environments.
