I have been working at GIESECKE AND DEVRIENT AMERICA full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great career opportunities, locally and internationally. Always in touch with cutting edge technologies. You work in a flexible and multicultural environment. Great place to learn a lot about the... areas G+D plays a role into.

Cons

Every company has its problems and G+D is no different. If you are a type-B person, you won’t likely succeed in their environment. Make sure you are a self learner and will dig into the areas you... have been assigned for.

Advice to Management

Management should be concerned about having less layers of bosses and more people to do the work. Management should not wait to have a good employee turning out their resignation letter before... offering a salary raise and promotion.
