Current Employee - Senior Client Solutions Associate

Pros

-Personable, outgoing people culture -Leadership takes time to be involved with junior level positions -They reach you so much about the business unit you are placed in despite your lack of... experience in the field before the job. Don’t worry about not having majored in finance for example. A lot of people come from liberal arts backgrounds that don’t seem relevant to the current job purpose -Kind of unlimited PTO: they usually account for employees to take 15-20 days off but it’s super simple to ask for time off -Promotion usually within a year

Cons

-If you’re working in the financial services business unit, you will be working a lot! Be prepared to learn a lot of GLG specific things/ways to do your job. -You may burn out if you don’t... communicate to your manager or leadership about your workload.

Former Employee - Marketing Intern

Pros

Really collaborative space and company provides all up to date technology resources even for remote workers

Cons

A lot of the staff works remote, so not too much of an in-person experience
