Current Employee - Senior Director

I have been working at Gannett full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Good benefits package, competitive salary and plenty of opportunity for advancement. Its values have dramatically improved since the spin from TEGNA.

Cons

Like other newspaper companies, Gannett is fighting the decline to the print newspaper franchise.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Phaidon Press full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Get to work on beautiful books

Cons

Management is disorganized and unpleasant.
